Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Texas Mexico Cup Tournament application or website ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

The Application is operated by 23 Birdies, LLC in partnership with MJGA (Mexico Junior Golf Association) solely for the administration of the Texas Mexico Cup Tournament.

Tournament Authority

Tournament Officials maintain final authority over all aspects of tournament administration, including:

• Pairings and group composition

• Rules decisions and interpretations

• Scoring and score corrections

• Standings and tournament results

• Match outcomes and tie-breaking

• Schedule changes and weather decisions

• Player eligibility and conduct

Decisions made by Tournament Officials are final.

Application Usage

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Connectivity, data accuracy, and system availability may vary based on network conditions, device performance, and third-party service status.

23 Birdies, LLC, the Texas Mexico Cup Tournament, MJGA, tournament staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated organizations shall not be liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions

• Data inaccuracies displayed during play

• Connectivity issues affecting score submission

• Technical errors or device-specific issues

• Loss of access due to user error or device failure

Live Scoring

Scores displayed within the Application are unofficial during play and are provided solely for informational purposes.

Official match results, points earned, standings, and tournament outcomes are subject to review, verification, and approval by Tournament Officials.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Application and the official tournament records, the official tournament records shall govern.

Messaging Terms

Authorized tournament staff, rules officials, directors, captains, and volunteers may receive SMS notifications related to tournament operations, including rules-assistance requests, director escalations, pace of play alerts, weather and emergency notifications, and staff coordination.

Player and parent communications are delivered through the in-app notification system, not SMS.

User Conduct

Users of the Application agree to:

• Provide accurate registration and scoring information

• Not attempt to access scoring data or features without authorization

• Not submit fraudulent scores or signatures

• Not share access credentials (PINs, login passwords) with unauthorized parties

• Use SMS communications only for tournament-related purposes

Intellectual Property

The Texas Mexico Cup Tournament name, branding, logos, graphics, scoring systems, application code, and tournament materials are proprietary to 23 Birdies, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Photography and Media Release

By participating in the Texas Mexico Cup Tournament, players, parents, guardians, coaches, and spectators acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, score information, tournament results, and related media may be captured and used for tournament operations, historical records, promotional purposes, social media, websites, livestreams, and future event marketing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 23 Birdies, LLC, the Texas Mexico Cup Tournament, MJGA, and their respective officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 23 Birdies, LLC, the Texas Mexico Cup Tournament, MJGA, and their respective officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Application or violation of these Terms.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Application after modifications constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
