This application is operated solely for tournament administration purposes. We do not engage in marketing, advertising, lead generation, or sales outreach.

• Pairings, tee times, and starting holes

SMS Messaging Privacy

The Texas Mexico Cup Tournament uses SMS messaging through Twilio for operational tournament notifications sent to authorized tournament staff, rules officials, directors, captains, volunteers, and event personnel.

Player and parent communications are delivered through the in-app notification system, not SMS. The SMS system is a secondary operational tool used to coordinate tournament staff and is not a player or parent messaging platform.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS use are stored securely and used only for tournament operations. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any tournament SMS.

Data Sharing

We do not sell participant information to third parties.

We do not share, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute participant contact information for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purposes.

Information may be shared only with:

• Tournament officials, staff, and volunteers for operational purposes

• Service providers (such as Twilio for SMS delivery, Supabase for data storage, Netlify for hosting) under standard service agreements

• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law

Data Storage

Tournament data is stored using industry-standard cloud services. Phone numbers used for SMS recipients are accessible only to authorized tournament administrators.

Photography and Media

By participating in the Texas Mexico Cup Tournament, players, parents, guardians, coaches, and spectators acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, score information, tournament results, and related media may be captured and used for tournament operations, historical records, promotional purposes, social media, websites, livestreams, and future event marketing.

Children's Privacy

The Texas Mexico Cup is a junior golf tournament. Information about junior participants is collected and used only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, captain, or coach for the operational purposes described above.

Participants may request to:
