Notes to Team TX-
Registration 4pm-6:30pm. Each player will receive a tee gift to give to Mexico at the opening ceremony. TX team will receive their tee gift from MX so its an exchange at opening ceremony when the matches are announced. You will get your three polo shirts and hat at registration.
7:00 pm- 8:00 pm Thursday– Introduction of players and pairings. All teams must wear RED team uniform and khaki bottoms to ceremony. Please also bring your Texas flags, noise knockers, and spirit for the ceremony. Let's be loud!!!!
Khaki bottoms (both girls and boys) for ceremony on Thursday. Red shirts for ceremony.
Boys wear khaki shorts or pants for all days. Girls may wear white bottoms on Friday and Saturday. Khaki on Sunday.
Note boys/girls player is responsible for bottoms.
We will wear white shirts on Friday, Blue shirts on Saturday, and the red shirts on Sunday
Golf Carts
There will be some spectator carts this year at a first come basis, no holds. The player carts available will only be for the official players/caddies/Officials/Tournament directors. Also no players under the age of 16 without a drivers license can drive the carts at ANY TIME.
Official Practice Round
Practice rounds will be open for Thursday. We will have an online system to book the practice times. Be on the lookout for an email coming your way to sign up. Junior rate will apply for practice round as it was not included in the registration fee. Please make sure you are back in time for opening ceremony and Registration. Also approx yardages are posted on website. subject to change. We are playing the Lakes Course.

Tee times will be provided at opening ceremony on Thursday and then on website for sat and sun.
We will have two officials onsite for the tournament and the course will be marked this year.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By execution of this application and by agreeing to this assumption of risk and waiver of liability, I agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind (collectively the “Damages”), that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance and or participation at the Texas Mexico Cup Golf Tournament. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless 23 Birdies LLC, its assets, its employees, volunteers, participants, spectators, insurance policies, or host club (including employees and members),of and from any claim (the “Claims”), including all liabilities, actions, Damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of any 23 Birdies LLC event or activity. The participant agrees to release, defend, and hold harmless the tournament organizers and other parties from any claims, actions, or suits
INDEMNIFICATION: By execution of this application, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless
23 Birdies LLC from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may incur due to
participating in the Texas Mexico Golf Tournament.
Liability for damage
The participant or their adult parent/guardian is responsible for any damage they cause to the tournament property.
Tournament Applicant Refund
*Please note that tournament entry fees will not be refunded for last minute withdraws
Applicants who withdraw their tournament application from the Texas Mexico Cup 90 days before the event date will receive a refund of their entry fee, less $300 administrative fee. Due to tee gifts and uniforms being ordered for team.
Applicants who withdraw their tournament application from the Texas Mexico Cup 60 days before the event date will receive 20% refund of their entry fee only.
Applicants who withdraw their tournament application from the Texas Mexico Cup 30 days before the event date will NOT receive a refund of their entry fee. Uniforms and tee gifts have been ordered already for the individual player if selected so no refund will be provided.
If the participant chooses to withdraw Less than 30 days from the event date, the full registration fee will be forfeited and no refund will be issued except in cases of extenuating circumstances, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Proper documentation must be sent to the Texas Mexico Cup Tournament Director in order for tournament credit to be considered. All refunds are at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.
If player withdraws their registration they forfeit any and all uniforms, tee gifts, and any other TXMX merchandise.
